About The Position

The Service Assistant position involves performing routine and repetitive labor tasks as instructed by a supervisor. Minimal training is required to carry out the assignments. The role is part-time and offers two available shifts: a morning shift from 6:00 to 10:00 a.m. and an evening shift from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 6 months custodial/maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily cleaning support to college facilities.
• Sweep, mop, and remove trash/waste.
• Clean windows and sanitize bathrooms including sinks, toilets, floors, and walls.
• Clean glazed and vinyl tile by mopping and/or using electric floor machines and buffers.
• Change lighting elements and maintain supplies.
