Reporting to the Vice President and the Registrar the Staff Assistant will be responsible for knowing detailed information about Lorain County Community College as a whole, especially the areas Registrar’s Office Access Team. Additionally, the Staff Assistant will be responsible for knowing key information about the College Admissions, College transfer evaluation policies and procedures, including the various Enrollment Services transactions to make appropriate referrals. The environment can be incredibly fast-paced; therefore, a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills are essential as well as the ability to work in a team environment.
