About The Position

The Part Time Specialist III in Student Life at Lone Star College is responsible for planning and executing events for evening students and overseeing marketing and publicity for Student Life activities. This role requires a strong commitment to student service and collaboration, ensuring that district policies are adhered to while providing expert advice and support in the specialty area of Student Life programming.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates events for evening students and students at the LSC Location
• Maintains data and creates reports related to Registered Student Organizations and Student Life events
• Designs publicity and marketing materials for Student Life and student organizations
• Coordinates printing or ordering of publicity and marketing materials
• Supervises student workers during evening hours
• Assists with large-scale Student Life events, as needed
• Responsible for other reasonable, related duties as assigned
