About The Position

In this role, you will provide in-home care to children, teenagers, and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DDs). You will follow individualized client care plans and provide periodic progress updates to the care team. #INDDS
Services may include: personal care (bathing/showering & toileting assistance), meal preparation, companionship, medication reminders, and light housekeeping. Services provided are non-medical

Requirements

• Great communication skills
• Problem solving skills
• Reliability and punctuality
• Ability to travel to different cities (highly desired)
• Two references – at least one reference must be able to confirm disability-related experience
• Proof of a negative TB test is required in accordance with Regional Center regulations (requirements may vary by location). If you need a TB skin test, we cover the full cost for eligible candidates.
• Adult, Child, and Infant CPR and First Aid Certification(s) – reimbursement available!
