Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Assist in coordinating city-wide productions to include special events, video and civic campaigns.
• Research and analyze topics related to media, digital strategy, community engagement, and economic development.
• Prepare reports and presentations for the Director’s engagements.
• Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a point of contact for the Mayor’s Office of Cable & Communications/Charm TV.
• Support with community events, helping to elevate the overall experience.
