Part Time Slide Attendant - Aquatics
About The Position
General Definition of Work Ensure safety and enforce rules for all customers at Cape Girardeau Aquatic Centers. Essential Functions Be familiar with all rules for Slides and Splash Pad at Aquatic Facilities. Enforce rules consistently and respectfully with all customers. Direct all customer conflicts and complaints to a Facility Manager. Support coworkers by positive interaction and rotating on time. Maintain facility cleanliness through routine cleaning. Provide emergency response as needed. Responsible for communicating effectively with patrons, co-workers, and management. Responsible for reporting to work on time, in uniform, and prepared to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must have good communication and public relation skills
- American Red Cross CPR/AED and First Aid Certifications are required via in house training upon hire
