About The Position

FASTSIGNS #69909 is looking for a hands-on Production & Installation Specialist to bring our clients’ visions to life.

Are you a "maker" who thrives on seeing a project through from a raw sheet of material to a finished masterpiece? This is a Part-Time role (approx. 12-20 hours/week) centered on craftsmanship, precision, and physical activity. You won't be stuck behind a desk; you’ll be moving, building, and installing all over the Eastvale area.

Requirements

• The "Handy" Factor: 2+ years of experience in signage, construction, or a skilled trade is preferred. You are proficient with hand and power tools.
• Height Hero: You are comfortable on ladders. (Experience with scissor lifts or bucket trucks is a major plus!)
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for 4+ hours, lift 50+ lbs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• The Eye for Detail: You have a sharp sense of alignment and "geometric logic", you can find the center of a wall and level a sign by eye (then verify it with a tool).
• Clean Driving Record: Since you’ll be heading to job sites, a valid driver’s license and a clean record are required.
• Age Requirement: Must be 18+ years old.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with scissor lifts or bucket trucks is a major plus!

Responsibilities

• Master the "Finish": Perform quality-control operations including laminating, weeding vinyl, and mounting graphics onto various surfaces with zero bubbles or wrinkles.
• Own the Installation (The "Grand Finale"): Serve as the lead for offsite installations. Whether it’s vehicle graphics, wall murals, or hanging signs from a ceiling, you ensure it’s level, secure, and looks professional.
• Operate with Precision: Use a "measure twice, cut once" mentality. You’ll interpret Work Orders, verify dimensions, and maintain our high-end printers and tools.
• Navigate the Environment: Assess job sites to determine the best tools and techniques for a safe, sturdy installation.
• Maintain the Creative Hub: Keep the production area organized and report inventory levels so the team never misses a beat.
