Unique USA is looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to Assist our Showroom Manager in the Dallas Market Center. As part of our vibrant team, you will be the driving force behind the success of our trade business alongside our in-office sales team. The PT Showroom Manager Assistant will be responsible for managing a customer database, greeting showroom visitors, facilitating sales and product showings, collaborating with our sales manager, conducting follow-ups, and more! There’s never a dull moment in our energized work environment, and the ideal candidate will bring excellent time management and communication skills to every transaction. The Assistant Showroom Manager will promote and implement the company's core values and excellence in customer service. They will be responsible for executing the company’s visual presentation and standards regarding the appearance of the showroom. They also will assist customers to drive sales and will assist the Showroom Manager with their sales initiatives including outbound email and calling.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years Sales experience
  • Detail Oriented & Organized
  • 4-5 hours M-F (can be flexible around how the 20 hours are divided) - Some Saturday and Sunday during markets and special events
  • 4-year degree or equivalent and relevant work experience required
  • Experience or training in the interior design field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel
  • Strong and positive people skills.
  • Highly motivated and outgoing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Professional and presentable

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a clean and organized showroom
  • Maintaining CRM records daily
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external customers
  • Contact and regularly communication with potential customers/designers
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with HubSpot
  • Working with team to develop and promote business to drive sales
  • Tracking inventory
  • Any additional tasks or duties as assigned or requested based on business need
  • Ability to communicate clear concise directions to your shipping team members.
