About the position

We are hiring part-time Trash Collectors (Service Valets) who will collect bagged trash from residents’ doorsteps and take it to the on-site dumpster or compactor using their own pickup truck or trailer-equipped vehicle. This is a physical, hands-on job that requires working outdoors in all weather conditions. Responsibilities
- Collect bagged trash from residents’ doorsteps.
- Transport trash to the on-site dumpster or compactor.
- Walk the property and climb stairs each night.
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have a reliable open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with a trailer.
- Valid Driver’s License & Auto Insurance required.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof needed at the time of hire.
- Smartphone with Data Plan required to use the mobile app.
- Physical and mental toughness to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times per shift.
- Comfortable working around trash, odors, and waste.
Benefits
