About The Position

We are hiring part-time Trash Collectors (Service Valets) who will collect bagged trash from residents’ doorsteps and take it to the on-site dumpster or compactor using their own pickup truck or trailer-equipped vehicle. This is a physical, hands-on job that requires working outdoors in all weather conditions. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a reliable open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with a trailer.
• Valid Driver’s License & Auto Insurance required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof needed at time of hire.
• Smartphone with data plan required to use the mobile app.
• Physical and mental toughness to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times per shift.
• Comfortable working around trash, odors, and waste.

Responsibilities

• Collect bagged trash from residents’ doorsteps.
• Transport trash to the on-site dumpster or compactor.
• Walk the property and climb stairs each night.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
