About The Position

We’re seeking a Part-Time Senior Hiring Specialist who brings both strategy and hustle. This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter who enjoys variety, autonomy, and the challenge of finding talent across industries and levels. You’ll typically work 15–20 hours per week, spread across 5 days, with the ability to flex up to 25–30 hours during peak hiring periods.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years in recruiting/talent acquisition, with a track record of success across a variety of roles and industries
  • True Sourcing Mindset: You don’t rely on job boards—you know how to find and engage passive talent using creative, tech-enabled strategies
  • Tech & AI Savvy: Comfortable leveraging modern sourcing tools, AI, and data to work smarter and faster
  • Versatility: Confident recruiting for everything from high-volume roles to executive and hard-to-fill niche positions
  • Consultative Approach: You can guide clients, push back when needed, and align hiring strategies with business goals

Responsibilities

  • Hunt for Talent: Take a proactive, outbound-first approach to recruiting—identifying, engaging, and converting passive candidates across industries and levels
  • Own the Hiring Journey: Lead full-cycle recruitment for roles ranging from manufacturing and skilled trades to executive leadership and niche technical positions
  • Create & Execute Sourcing Strategies: Develop creative, multi-channel sourcing plans for mid- to senior-level roles—leveraging AI tools, recruiting technology, networking, and direct outreach
  • Partner with Clients: Lead intake discussions, challenge assumptions when needed, and advise on effective hiring strategies
  • Interview & Assess: Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and confidently present top talent with clear recommendations
  • Deliver a Five-Star Client &Candidate Experience: Keep clients & candidates informed, engaged, and respected throughout the process
  • Strengthen Our Approach: Contribute ideas, tools, and best practices to continuously improve how we hire
