About The Position

Hoplite Group is seeking an experienced Senior Cyber Operations Strategy and Policy (SME) to support a U.S. Government institutional capacity-building of various partner nations, by providing expertise in supporting the standup of a cyber organization as well as support the development of a comprehensive military cyber strategy. The position involves remote support (CONUS) and forward engagements (OCONUS) as part of a U.S. Government team.

Requirements

• Executive level professional experience performed at the O6/GS-15 (or equivalent) level.
• At least 10 years in military cyberspace operations, including 5 years directly supporting joint or strategic-level cyber planning.
• Proven ability to formulate and implement cyber strategies that align with national security priorities.
• Experienced with the Joint Planning Process (JPP) and Joint Publication 5.0.
• Skilled in creating and executing cyber policies, frameworks, and campaign plans.
• Extensive experience working with U.S. Cyber Command, Combatant Commands, Cyber Security Operations Centers, or the Joint Staff J6.
• Demonstrated capability in conducting human-centered design exercises.
• Strong interpersonal, briefing, and writing skills.
• U.S. Secret Security Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of a Strategic Cyber Organizational Management Strategy.
• Develop a Defensive Cyber Operations Plan focusing on cyber policy and plans development.
• Contribute to cyber workforce development.
• Assist in defensive cyber operations and training.
