Requirements

• VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE
• CURRENT or RENEWABLE WI Security License (less than 5 years past expiration date)
• Must have own vehicle
• Must be available 1st and 2nd shift
• Pass background check
• Must pass on-site drug test at time of hire
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be responsible and dependable
• Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation
• Must not have any felonies
• Must be able to obtain a DSPS Private Security Person license

Nice To Haves

• Prior Military, Law Enforcement, or Security experience encouraged

Responsibilities

• Conduct foot patrols
• Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
• Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security
• Warn violators of premise rules and regulations
• Address persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts
• Report any facility issues
• Request emergency personnel for high risk situations if applicable
