Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior security/law enforcement experience, hotel preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to remain calm in high-stress situations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of emergency procedures and first aid/CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of guests and staff.
• Monitor and patrol the property to prevent and detect signs of intrusion.
• Respond to emergencies and provide assistance as needed.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter potential security issues.
• Report any incidents or suspicious activities to management.
