Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Certificate preferred.
• Strong team player with the ability to get along with co-workers.
• Good verbal/written communication skills and basic math skills.
• Ability to read documents in English, such as safety rules and operating instructions.
• Basic experience and familiarity with computers and communication systems.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate proficiency in warehouse functions including fair production, returns, and fulfillment of customer orders.
• Meet minimum required production, accuracy, and quality standards for all work performed.
• Follow all safety policies, processes, and procedures.
• Maintain a neat, clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Operate motorized pallet jacks upon successful completion of training.
• Work on temporary projects associated with other position descriptions as part of individual and team development.
• Record details of all work tasks performed accurately and completely.
• Maintain a professional and positive relationship with all co-workers and customers.
