About The Position

We are a well-established, fast-paced Manufacturing Housing community located near McGuire–Fort Dix Military Base, and we’re seeking a Seasonal Part-Time Groundskeeper to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and can thrive both independently and within a team setting. Position Summary: As a Groundskeeper, you will help maintain the appearance, safety, and cleanliness of our community’s outdoor spaces. From landscaping and minor repairs, some painting of interior and exterior spaces, to seasonal clean-up projects. Your work will help create a welcoming environment for our residents and guests.

Requirements

Must be physically capable of lifting/moving up to 50 lbs and working outdoors in various weather conditions
Must have a smartphone with data access and basic familiarity with apps (training provided)
Experience with zero-turn mower
Ability to follow written instructions and communicate clearly
Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision
Team-oriented mindset with a positive, can-do attitude

Responsibilities

Perform routine grounds maintenance: mowing, edging, trimming, weeding, and debris removal
Assist with trash pickup and overall community clean-up
Support the maintenance team with light repairs in common areas
Use a company-provided mobile app to track tasks, time, and inventory
Follow daily schedules and complete assigned tasks independently
Maintain tools and equipment
Participate in seasonal projects
