About The Position

North Homes Children and Family Services is hiring a licensed Mental Health Professional (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, LP) to provide individual, group, and family therapy in the Carlton County Public Schools. This position offers a competitive pay starting at $31.25 per hour and full benefits including health, dental, life insurance, HSA, and short-term disability. Additionally, there are free virtual telehealth and mental health services available if enrolled in the North Homes health insurance plan. Requirements

• Master’s degree in a mental health field
• Minnesota licensure in good standing (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, LP)
• Passion for ethical, trauma-informed care

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy in a school-based setting
• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning
• Conduct annual mental health evaluations
• Offer crisis intervention support
• Document services per state and agency standards
• Engage in training, CE opportunities, and staff education
