The Sales Supervisor, known in stores as a Shift Lead, collaborates with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to surpass customer expectations, cultivate a high-energy store environment, and uphold the standards that define a 5.11 store. This role requires leading by example, addressing challenges directly, and supporting the team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
