About The Position
The Part Time Sales Lead at LOFT is responsible for providing exceptional client service while supporting the Store Manager and Co-Manager in overseeing store operations. This role includes acting as the Manager on Duty in their absence, handling operational and transactional functions, and ensuring compliance with company practices. The Sales Lead will also coach associates, drive revenue, and maintain a client-focused team environment.
