  • Ace Retail Operations: Know the ins-and-outs of your store and ensure it runs smoothly from pricing to inventory.
  • Connect the Dots: Stick to company policies and utilize fellow partners and resources to accomplish tasks.
  • Be a Famous Culture Influencer: Champion the Famous culture by embodying behaviors that power Customer Connection.
  • Bring the Positive Vibes: Embrace diversity and inclusivity, ensuring every associate feels valued and respected.
  • Be a Shoe-off: Help customers find the perfect styles and ensure they leave with the right fit.

Requirements

  • Has a High School Diploma/GED.
  • Proficient working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
  • Some retail store management experience or relevant management experience in lieu.
  • Previous experience being on a team and motivating others to accomplish a goal.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and train Associates on selling and operational processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to work a flexible schedule and meet availability requirements of the role.
  • Has basic computer skills.
