About The Position

Lemonnade South Sacramento is seeking a part-time Retail Guide (Budtender) to provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge in a cannabis retail environment. Responsibilities

• Welcomes, greets, and establishes rapport with customers and visitors.
• Provides customers with cannabis information and educational resources regarding strains and consumption methods.
• Engages customers with in-depth product knowledge, including features and benefits.
• Attends to individual shopping needs and assists customers new to cannabis use.
• Cross-sells and encourages beneficial product add-ons.
• Upsells when appropriate and promotes current sales and discounts.
• Operates a cash register and processes payments accurately.
• Handles customer complaints professionally or escalates issues to the Floor Manager.
• Balances cash drawer and ensures proper organization for team members.
• Assists in organizing and replenishing front stock and merchandising the store.
• Maintains a clean and tidy work and retail space.
• Works as a team to achieve sales goals and encourages excellent service among team members.
• Ensures cleanliness of staging areas and Point of Sale system terminals.
• Assists with product preparation and displays.
• Completes other assignments and duties as assigned by management.
