About The Position

The Tile Shop is seeking a Part Time Sales Associate to work in our Showroom with Interior Designers, Home Owners, and Trade Professionals. This role involves providing recommendations to meet space, style, and cost requirements while building lasting relationships by exceeding customer expectations. The Sales Associate will need to understand the installation and use of all products to educate customers effectively. Additionally, tracking established individual sales goals and store orders, as well as providing customers with product updates, is essential. The position requires presenting oneself in a professional manner at all times and meeting personal sales expectations while contributing to team goals. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Requirements
