About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you'll be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer feels welcomed and has a positive experience. You will help create a lifestyle aesthetic that leverages our apparel and footwear, showcasing the versatility and appeal of our products in everyday life. Additionally, you'll guide and inform our customers while maintaining a visually appealing environment in line with Salomon's brand and visual merchandising guidelines. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily: Customer Service Connect with Customers: Use your exceptional customer service skills, sales techniques, and product knowledge to help customers find the perfect products and drive sales. Incorporate our apparel and footwear into your styling suggestions, demonstrating how they can create a cohesive lifestyle aesthetic. Problem Solver: Quickly and positively find solutions for customers, ensuring a responsive and engaging interaction, with diligent follow-up. Handle Challenges Professionally: Address complaints and objections swiftly and professionally, turning potential issues into positive experiences. Promote Security: Help protect company assets and procedures by promoting loss prevention practices. Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the sales floor and stockroom are clean, well-organized, and inviting for customers. Transaction Confidence: Confidently handle cash and digital transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Visual Merchandising Enhance Product Presentation: Contribute to maintaining high brand visual standards, ensuring excellence in product presentation at all times. Assist with Replenishment: Support with replenishment and pricing duties, including preparation for sales and promotions as needed.

  • All employees are expected to be available to work on Black Friday (the day after US Thanksgiving).
  • Availability is required from the second week of December until the end of the holiday season.
