About The Position
The Sales Associate assists in the daily operations of the Museum store, including assisting and serving customers, closing sales and performing sales transactions; restocking merchandise and assisting with merchandise displays. The position requires a commitment to exceptional customer service and the ability to work with diverse groups, including large school groups and tour groups. The Sales Associate will also be responsible for maintaining the store environment and supporting store operations.
