About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Part-Time Associate to join our team at Legacy Armory in Odessa, TX. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all customers. You will assist with sales, manage stock levels, and maintain a clean and organized store environment. This position requires availability from Tuesday through Saturday between 11am - 7pm, working 20-30 hours per week.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must comply with all federal, state, and local firearm regulations
• Preferred experience in retail or customer service
• Ability to assist customers in selecting products and completing purchases
• Strong communication skills to effectively assist and advise customers
• Ability to stand for long periods and handle physical tasks
• Reliable, with strong time management and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Assist with inventory management including receiving, storing and tracking merchandise
• Handle transactions securely, ensuring proper documentation of firearm sales and transfers
• Keep the store clean, organized and well-maintained.
