Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to help them choose the right products based on their needs.
• Generate sales to benefit both the company and personal financial well-being.
• Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals.
• Assist store management with opening, closing, and operating the retail store, including cash handling and inventory management.
• Complete omni-channel orders accurately and timely according to company guidelines.
• Stay informed about product information, advertising, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
• Enhance product knowledge by learning about features, advantages, and benefits.
