About The Position

The Part-Time Sales Associate at Marshalls is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by engaging with customers, maintaining store standards, and supporting various operational tasks. Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to work in multiple areas of the store as needed.
• Accurately ring customer purchases and returns, and count change back according to established procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers.
• Maintain and uphold merchandising philosophy and follow established procedures and standards.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to company standards.
• Participate in store recovery throughout the day to maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback among peers.
• Support store shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
