About The Position

The Part-Time Sales Associate at LOFT is responsible for driving revenue through exceptional client service and relationship building. This role involves maintaining a clean and safe store environment while consistently achieving individual and store goals. The associate will engage with clients, provide styling advice, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of sales associate or relevant experience in the services industry with proven results.
• Ability to function as a role model, ensuring client remains the top priority.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of visual standards and techniques for merchandising.
• Effective communication skills with clients and team members.
• Ability to handle cash accurately and provide change without error.
• Flexibility in scheduling to meet business needs.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds occasionally.
