About The Position
As a Retail Sales Associate at Dr. Martens, you will be the face of our brand, showcasing your knowledge and passion for our products while interacting with customers daily. You will be results-driven and motivated to achieve sales goals, thriving in a team-selling environment. Your role will involve selling Dr. Martens' footwear, apparel, and accessories, while achieving personal sales goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the Store Manager. You will deliver exceptional customer service, process sales transactions, organize merchandise, and maintain the retail environment.
