Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Ability to build constructive and effective relationships within the store
• Demonstrates an ability to communicate positively with store associates at all levels
• Must exercise independent judgment and discretion partnering with Store Sales Manager as needed
• Strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory) are dialed in, keeping the store running like a tightly laced sneaker.
• Deliver on our goal of keeping the store clean, organized, and all our famous styles easily shoppable.
• Provide stellar customer engagement, leaving customers wowed with consistently top-notch experiences powered by your attentiveness and determination.
• Review store performance and drive sales with purpose and urgency to achieve goals.
• Deliver clear, concise and timely communications to the entire store team and employ active listening to ensure understanding among teammates.
• Act with integrity by sticking to company policies and procedures.
• Embrace diversity and inclusivity, maintaining a positive and proactive mindset.
• Assist with training and development of teammates when needed.
• Make shoe recommendations and ensure customers leave the store with the perfect fit.
