Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Ability to build constructive relationships within the store
• Strong communication skills with store associates at all levels
• Independent judgment and discretion in partnership with Store Sales Manager
• Knowledge of general retail practices and procedures
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Flexible schedule availability including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory) are completed efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized store that is easy to shop.
• Provide stellar customer engagement and create top-notch experiences for customers.
• Drive sales and store performance by reviewing metrics and achieving goals.
• Act with integrity by adhering to company policies and seeking feedback for improvement.
• Uphold a positive and inclusive work environment, supporting teammates and assisting with training.
