Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Ability to build constructive and effective relationships within the store.
• Demonstrates positive communication skills with store associates at all levels.
• Must exercise independent judgment and discretion partnering with Store Sales Manager as needed.
• Strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory) are completed to keep the store organized and shoppable.
• Provide stellar customer engagement and create a welcoming environment for customers.
• Drive sales and review store performance to achieve goals.
• Act with integrity by adhering to company policies and seeking feedback for professional development.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment, supporting teammates and assisting with training when needed.
• Make shoe recommendations to customers and ensure they leave with the perfect fit.
