Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to build constructive and effective relationships within the store.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate positively with store associates at all levels.
• Exercise independent judgment and discretion in partnership with the Store Sales Manager as needed.
• Strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Flexibility to work a schedule that meets the needs of the business, including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. from floor level to above shoulder height using appropriate equipment and safety techniques.
• Ability to meet the demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily store tasks such as pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment, and inventory are completed efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the shopping experience.
• Provide stellar customer engagement and deliver top-notch experiences to customers.
• Review store performance and drive sales with urgency to achieve goals.
• Communicate clearly and concisely with the store team and practice active listening.
• Act with integrity by adhering to company policies and procedures and seeking feedback for improvement.
• Support teammates in their training and development efforts.
• Assist customers in finding the perfect shoe styles and ensure they leave satisfied.
