About The Position

The Sales Associate at Ann Taylor is responsible for driving revenue through exceptional client service, relationship building, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum one year of sales associate or relevant experience in the services industry with proven results.
• Ability to function as a role model and prioritize client needs.
• Ability to follow directions and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising standards and techniques.
• Effective communication skills with clients and team members.
• Ability to handle cash accurately and provide change without error.
• Flexibility in scheduling to meet business needs.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds occasionally.
