The Role
Trillium is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Runner to support our office operations. This on-site role will present either a 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM or 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM Monday–Friday schedule. You will work closely with the Office Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and timely completion of errands and office support tasks.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel.
• Frequent standing and walking, including stairs.
• Visual and hearing acuity sufficient to manage office errands and interactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple tasks while maintaining professionalism during busy periods.
• Receive, organize, and distribute deliveries; may include dropping packages at FedEx/UPS/USPS.
• Pick up and distribute daily office lunches.
• Maintain organized storage areas and ensure kitchen, office, and bathroom supplies are stocked.
• Greet guests and assist with meeting needs as required.
• Collaborate with the Office Manager to complete errands and handle requests promptly.
• Perform additional tasks assigned on an as-needed basis
