Ferguson Roofing & Exteriors is a trusted, family-owned roofing and exterior company serving the St. Louis area for generations. We specialize in residential roofing, storm restoration, siding, gutters, and exterior services. Built on integrity, quality craftsmanship, and exceptional customer service, we’re growing and looking for driven individuals to grow with us. We are hiring Door-to-Door Canvassers to help generate new business by engaging homeowners in assigned neighborhoods. This role is ideal for outgoing, self-motivated individuals who enjoy being outdoors, talking to people, and earning commission based on performance. No roofing experience required — we provide paid training.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with door-to-door outreach
- Positive attitude and resilience (you won’t win every door)
- Reliable transportation and smartphone
- Ability to work afternoons/evenings and occasional weekends
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude.
- Dependable, organized, and able to manage time efficiently.
- Coachable & willing to apply feedback
- Sales-oriented
- Valid Driver's License
Nice To Haves
- Sales, canvassing, or customer-facing experience is a plus — but not required
Responsibilities
- Canvass assigned neighborhoods to speak with homeowners
- Educate homeowners on roofing, storm damage, and free inspections
- Set qualified appointments for roofing inspections (no selling required at the door)
- Accurately log homeowner information and appointments
- Represent Ferguson Roofing & Exteriors professionally and ethically
- Work closely with sales and production teams to support successful projects
