About The Position

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of Rhode Island
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
• Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
• Educate and support residents and their families
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility standards

Benefits

• Shift differential: $0.40 for 2nd and 3rd shift
• $0.40 when working TCU unit (all shifts)
• $1.00 for weekend day shift
• $1.40 for 2nd and 3rd shift on weekends
