About The Position

We are currently recruiting for a Licensed Practical Nurse [LPN] or Registered Nurse [RN] to reliably serve patients in the following areas: Lees Summit, MO + Independence, MO + KC, MO. This position involves routine 30-60 minute in-home visits with flexible scheduling. We are looking for someone part-time with the opportunity to grow the case load over time, approximately 14 monthly visits. The nurse will schedule visits accordingly within the month, with potential to gain additional visits in the future. There are no nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call duties unless desired by the nurse or client for visits. The position includes the use of a company car (pick up/drop off at Lees Summit office on Tuesday and Thursday) or the option for mileage reimbursement in a personal vehicle.

Requirements

• Current MO RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine in-home visits for patients in designated areas.
• Schedule visits according to patient needs and availability.
• Provide one-on-one care to help patients maintain independence.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families.
