Just-In Home Care is seeking a dependable and compassionate Registered Nurse to support client assessments, reassessments, and caregiver training for our growing home care agency. Requirements
- Active RN license in the state with 2+ years experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to travel locally for client visits
Nice To Haves
- Experience in home care, hospice, senior care, or case management preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial client assessments in the home
- Perform routine client reassessments and update care plans
- Lead caregiver orientation and training sessions
- Provide clinical guidance and support to caregiving staff
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with home care standards
