Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
• Comfortable with new tech and can explain it clearly.
• Experience in retail or customer service is a big plus.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Ability to work the entire duration of the project assigned.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a Retail Specialist, Brand Ambassador, or in Customer Service.

Responsibilities

• Engage shoppers and introduce them to the Smart Cart experience.
• Deliver quick, fun tutorials that highlight the cart’s coolest features.
• Troubleshoot on the spot and keep things running smoothly.
• Gather feedback and share it with our tech team to improve the experience.
• Encourage customers to try and keep using the Smart Cart.
• Partner with store teams to ensure a seamless rollout.
• Provide top-tier service and leave every customer smiling.
