About The Position

Kid to Kid is more than a resale store. We help families save money, reduce waste, and keep kids looking great. Our store is busy, upbeat, and always changing, which means every shift brings something new. We’re looking for a reliable, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoys helping people. This is not a “stand around and wait” kind of job. You’ll stay moving, stay engaged, and be part of a team that makes things happen.

Requirements

• A self-starter who takes initiative and stays on task

• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, positive attitude
• Reliable, team-oriented and willing to learn

Nice To Haves

• Retail experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions, and create a welcoming experience
• Help families buy, sell, and find great deals
• Keep interactions friendly, helpful, and efficient
• Run the register accurately and efficiently
• Complete daily operational tasks (organizing, cleaning, restocking, etc)
• Help process incoming items
• Help with merchandising and displays
• Assist with closing tasks to set the next day up for success
