About The Position

The Part-Time Retail Supervisor at LEGO Group is responsible for assisting the Assistant Store Manager (ASM) and Store Manager (SM) in overseeing store operations, supervising Sales Associates, and ensuring adherence to company policies. This role involves maintaining a well-organized stockroom, managing merchandise presentation, and handling store supplies while providing coaching and feedback to team members.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist the ASM and SM in maintaining holiday, attendance, and team scheduling.
• Effectively supervise Sales Associates during the shift, addressing potential issues in line with LEGO policies and procedures.
• Complete orders for store and office supplies according to guidelines and operating budgets.
• Ensure money handling procedures are followed by all Sales Associates.
• Maintain a well-organized stockroom and ensure all available products are merchandised on the shop floor.
• Assist the ASM and SM in achieving high standards of merchandise presentation following store guidelines.
• Receive and process delivery of product and store materials.
