About The Position

This part-time Retail Sales Consultant role at AT&T in Pittsburgh, PA, focuses on optimizing earning potential by working during the store’s busiest times, including evening and weekend hours. The position requires creating meaningful connections with every customer through personalized sales expertise, meeting sales targets, and leveraging AT&T’s full suite of products and services. Consultants will use a consultative sales approach, guide customers through their options, participate in community events, fulfill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The role operates within a fast-paced environment, requiring flexibility and openness to evolving technology and customer needs. Training and coaching are provided to help consultants meet and exceed their goals.

Requirements

Ability to work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends
