Topo Designs retail store employees are expected to provide exceptional customer experience, develop strong community relationships, and authentically communicate the brand message.
Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in retail sales
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Must be an excellent problem solver with strong project management skills
- Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence to both internal and external customers
Responsibilities
- Become an expert of Topo Designs retail store products
- Foster a vital customer base through outreach, building and maintaining relationships
- Assist with local and in-store events
- Drive sales to meet goals and targets
- Contribute to a team built on trust and mutual respect
- Understand, support and comply with company policies and procedures
- Implement merchandising strategies and directives
- Maintain a neat, clean sales floor and work space that accurately reflects the brand
- Maintain an organized and efficient stockroom
- Uphold a high level of asset protection
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- Mastery of store POS system, office management software, and familiarity with social media outlets and tools
