Requirements

1-3 years experience in retail sales
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Must be an excellent problem solver with strong project management skills
Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence to both internal and external customers
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
Mastery of store POS system, office management software, and familiarity with social media outlets and tools

Responsibilities

Become an expert of Topo Designs retail store products
Foster a vital customer base through outreach, building and maintaining relationships
Assist with local and in-store events
Drive sales to meet goals and targets
Contribute to a team built on trust and mutual respect
Understand, support and comply with company policies and procedures
Implement merchandising strategies and directives
Maintain a neat, clean sales floor and work space that accurately reflects the brand
Maintain an organized and efficient stockroom
Uphold a high level of asset protection
