About The Position

Requirements

• Ability to lift coin and currency up to 50 pounds as needed.

• Familiarity with bank software and internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, issue Cashiers Checks, and cash checks while securing proper identification.
• Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone, ensuring customers feel appreciated and valued.
• Count and balance cash using the Retail Banker platform, ensuring cash drawer limits are not exceeded.
• Assist customers with mortgage, consumer, and other loan payments.
• Promote bank services and products, following cross-selling procedures and directing clients to appropriate personnel.
• Adhere to daily opening and closing procedures, following security and safety measures.
• Complete Currency Transaction Reports (CTR) and Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR) as needed.
• Identify fraudulent transactions and report suspicious activities to management.
• Assist with night deposits, mail deposits, and ATM deposits as needed.
• Obtain training and become proficient in executing Wire Transfers.
