About the position
Functional Pathways, a national provider of rehabilitation services, is hiring a Georgia-licensed CNA for a Part-time Restorative Nursing Assistant position at Azalealand Nursing Home in Savannah, GA. This position will provide resident-centered care utilizing the Therapy or Nursing Plan of Care and will report directly to the Director of Rehabilitation, under the supervision of a facility Registered Nurse. When you join our dynamic therapy team that providing skilled and restorative care you will NOT be pulled to the floor! This role is dedicated to restorative and will assist in the capacity of rehabilitation tech if needed. Restorative experience preferred but not required. Responsibilities
- Provide resident-centered care utilizing the Therapy or Nursing Plan of Care.
- Report directly to the Director of Rehabilitation.
- Assist in the capacity of rehabilitation tech if needed.
- Implement restorative nursing program interventions to residents.
Requirements
- Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Georgia.
Nice-to-haves
- Restorative experience preferred but not required.
