We are seeking a Resident Support Technician to be the primary contact for residents, ensuring their safety and compliance with the program. This role is an excellent opportunity, particularly for individuals seeking healthcare experience. The position is in-person at our Malibu, California location, with current shifts available from 3:00pm to 11:30pm and 11:00pm to 7:30am. As a Resident Support Technician, your duties may include but are not limited to assisting in the intake process, handling incoming calls, managing room changes, and facilitating passes. You will assist residents with their daily schedules and activities, monitor the detoxification process by regularly checking on residents according to assigned intervals, conduct bag searches, perform random searches, and collect Urine Drug Screens (UDS) from residents as directed. Additionally, you will ensure resident compliance with facility rules and guidelines, contributing to a safe and supportive environment for recovery.
