About The Position
The López-Uribe Lab in the Entomology Department in the College of Agricultural Sciences is hiring a part-time employee to assist the lab's Collection Manager on various projects in the lab. The person hired will be assisting primarily in the database and preparation of bee specimens. The person hired should have some experience working with insect specimens (pinning, labeling, digitizing, databasing). Must have strong attention to detail. Responsibilities
- Entering and checking bees in the lab bee database
- Curating bees in the collection
- Washing and drying bees
