We are excited to announce an opening for a Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for enhancing the quality of life for our clients by providing essential assessments, developing care plans, and ensuring excellent communication among caregivers and clients. Your expertise will help keep our clients safe and independent in their homes. Our mission is simple: improve more lives!

Requirements

• Active Oregon RN Licensure
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Some Senior Care Experience (preferred)
• Strong Communication Skills: Attention to detail is key!

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to clients (current and potential), industry partners, and care providers.
• Perform in-home assessments and re-assessments for clients.
• Ensure Caregiver Managers have the necessary information to review with caregivers before care begins.
• Admit new or current clients for nurse delegation, medication, or other specialty care in accordance with state law.
• Complete caregiver observation and client supervisory visits, documenting in client and caregiver files.
• Communicate any changes to caregivers, route updates to clients for review and signature, and document accordingly.
• Perform caregiver training and delegate additional training as needed.
